Novikov Gennadiy Olegovich, an experienced professional, has been appointed as the head of PlayCity, the new gambling regulator in Ukraine. Transition from KRAIL to PlayCity

The decision to replace KRAIL with PlayCity came after a series of scandals involving the former regulatory body. Ivan Rudyi, the head of KRAIL, faced allegations of involvement in criminal activities and was found in possession of drugs. Additionally, KRAIL failed to address issues related to gaming operators linked to Russia.
